Over the past few years we have provided monitor and front of house engineers for venues and hire companies; working with a vast array of acts from comics to rock bands through to recording artists (a selection are listed on the clients page). In 2002 we branched out into the audio visual field, providing camera operators and AV technicians to several conference and presentation providers. This has expanded to encompass Editors and allows LAS to undertake video projects and productions for the corporate market. Chris Alvey owns and operates LAS and is the principal engineer, benefiting from a background in live sound and working as an audio visual support technologist for the Technology Innovation Centre in Birmingham , Chris is able to turn his hand to all aspects of the company's services from sound reinforcement to editing.
